Refund Policy

1. General

Digital products (audiobooks) purchased on Bitig are usually delivered immediately, so refunds may be limited. Certain exceptions apply.

2. When refunds may apply

You may request a refund when:

  • Files are corrupted or cannot be played.
  • You purchased the wrong item (and have not substantially used it).
  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing the product.

3. How to request

Contact us within 14 days of purchase. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Subscriptions (Bitig Plus)

You may cancel from your profile; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds for unused subscription periods follow bank and Epoint rules — contact us.

5. Payment provider

Payments are processed via Epoint.az. Approved refunds are handled according to bank and Epoint rules.
